First Step Detox is proud to offer a residential treatment program to better serve the unique needs of our patients in a less restrictive environment than inpatient detox.
The Residential treatment program is offered to clients who have successfully completed inpatient detox or who simply require 24-hour monitoring to stabilize conditions that may impede safe and effective recovery. Such conditions may include withdrawal symptoms or a co-occurring psychiatric or medical condition.
The residential program offers psychiatric services as well as group and individual therapy. At First Step Detox we also recognize the importance of healing the whole person so in addition to therapeutic offerings our patients will have the opportunity to participate in acupuncture and chiropratic services.
Qualified medical staff will determine appropriateness for our residential program using a dual-diagnosis approach, clients will remain in our residential setting until the interdisciplinary team has determined it is safe to step down into lower levels of care.
